Comfort Inn Rooms

The lobby was spacious and clean. We were greeted right away by the clerk who was super kind and very helpful. The continental breakfast consisted of hard boiled eggs, yogurt, waffles, 3 cereal options, scrambled eggs, sausage links, biscuits and gravy, white and wheat toast, 3 kinds of mini muffins, apple orange and cranberry juice. The facility was clean and staff was friendly. The water in the shower remained hot, and the water pressure was great! All in all we enjoyed our stay

Location, cleanliness and friendly

The room, the breakfast, the location at the time of our traveling. The young man that checked us in was very genuine and pleasant. It was clean, comfortable and reasonably priced!

The location is perfect. It's close to the Insterstate and the room is the perfect size, it's clean, the bed is comfortable. The bathroom is in excellent shape. We were just there for a night and our way home back East. The ladies working the breakfast area was so nice, we were exhausted and didn't come down until almost 9 am because the guy that checked us in the night before mistakenly said breakfast was til 9:30 but the lady was kind enough to let us get some food and drinks.

The staff was exceptional, very friendly and helpful. We especially liked the people running the breakfast area, everything was very clean and organized. Our room was clean and comfortable. The manager at the desk who checked us out was very nice. She and anyone else from your staff in Altoona are doing a fantastic job!

How great and friendly the staff was they went above and beyond for us

Location was great from the Iowa State fairgrounds. We arrived late after a day at fair and only slept overnight. We did not use or look at any areas of hotel.
